Nikhil Kaistha, M.S.Ed., M.A., LPCC
Pronouns: He/Him/His

My approach is strongly grounded in Integrative psychology which embraces an attitude towards the practice of counseling that affirms the inherent value of each individual. In my work I utilizes the persons strengths, values and knowledge to respond appropriately and effectively to the challenges they are facing. My approach identifies with the idea that the person is not the problem, and takes into account a holistic perspective on life. I utilize a trauma informed lens, culturally relevant, holistic, and liberatory (critical, queer, feminist) ways of conceptualizing to co-create a healing space. I am experienced in helping individuals, couples, adolescents, and families deal with life’s challenges. I am also multilingual and fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu.
